Terms and Conditions for Electronic Voucher Redemption

1. Eligibility
1.1. The electronic voucher (“Voucher”) is available for redemption at The Gee Clinic for individuals aged 18 years and above. Individuals below 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian who provides consent for redemption.
1.2. The Voucher is transferable and may be redeemed by any individual presenting a valid copy. If transferred, The Gee Clinic must be informed for proper documentation.
2. Package Treatment Vouchers
2.1. Packages availed through a Voucher are intended strictly for the use of one (1) individual only.
2.2. Sharing, splitting, or distributing the number of sessions within a package among multiple individuals is strictly prohibited.
2.3. However, the entire unused package may be transferred to another individual, subject to the express permission of the original purchaser and proper documentation with The Gee Clinic.
2.4. Partial transfer of sessions within a package is not permitted.
3. Redemption
3.1. Vouchers are redeemable exclusively at The Gee Clinic and may only be applied toward the specific services indicated on the Voucher.
3.2. A valid electronic copy of the Voucher must be presented either during online booking or upon arrival at the clinic.
3.3. Vouchers may be used as full or partial payment toward eligible services.
4. Validity
4.1. Vouchers do not expire and may be redeemed at any time.
4.2. Each Voucher is valid for a single use unless otherwise specified.
4.3. Vouchers carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
4.4. Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
5. Service Limitations
5.1. Voucher redemption is subject to the availability of services at The Gee Clinic.
5.2. The Gee Clinic reserves the right to limit the use of Vouchers for certain high-demand services.
5.3. For treatments that do not require direct supervision by a doctor, a licensed and clinically trained aesthetic nurse may perform the procedure if the doctor is unavailable.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Confirmed bookings are subject to The Gee Clinic’s cancellation policy.
6.2. Once a Voucher is redeemed, it becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6.3. In cases where services paid through a Voucher are canceled, any refund will be processed according to The Gee Clinic’s refund policy.
7. Additional Terms
7.1. Other standard terms and conditions of The Gee Clinic may apply.
8. Modification and Termination
8.1. The Gee Clinic reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Any modifications will not affect Vouchers issued prior to the date of modification or termination.
By redeeming the Voucher, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth by The Gee Clinic.
